How much is shipping?

How long will the order take to arrive?

Due to high demand, deliveries are currently taking around 7-15 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  • Arriving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

After payment is received, the order arriving time will typically be 6-15 business days. You will receive an email notification if there are any updates regarding your order, so please ensure the email address provided is correct and accessible.

  1. Customized products usually take 7-15 days for order processing.

How long will you ship after I place the order?

Orders are generally processed within 72 hours from one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, if you place an order on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), it will likely be processed the following Monday. Keep this in mind when selecting express or overnight shipping options.

  • If you place your order before 4 PM local time, your items will be shipped within 48 hours.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM local time on Friday or during the weekend will be processed and shipped by Monday.

Who will ship my order?

We ship orders via EUB, USPS, or other suitable shipping methods depending on your location. We will update you on production and shipping timelines if delays occur during periods of high demand. Express shipping options are available for an additional fee.


Why hasn't my shipping information been updated?

Sometimes shipping information takes time to update. If your order is in transit or undergoing customs clearance, updates may not be visible until it reaches the next shipping station. Additionally, all parcels go through a quality control and disinfection process before shipment, which may cause slight delays. If there’s a significant delay, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist in updating the status.


Can I get shipping updates?

Your estimated delivery date includes both processing and shipping time. You will receive email updates with the status of your order. Please check your inbox within 48 hours of ordering. If you don’t receive an email, please first check your spam or junk folder.   • Import Taxes: Please note that international orders may incur import taxes or customs fees, which may be required upon receipt. We will try our best to cover these costs, so you won’t need to pay extra.
  • Address Recommendations: We strongly suggest providing a reliable physical address, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen orders shipped to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
